The Elwood 5 was a luxury residential development comprising five architecturally designed townhouses located in one of Melbourne’s most desirable bayside suburbs.
Pandasbark was engaged to develop a complete project identity and marketing platform that would position the development as a landmark residential offering rather than simply another townhouse project entering the market.
The objective was to create a distinctive brand that reflected the architectural quality of the residences while establishing a strong market presence throughout the sales campaign.
Brand Strategy
The branding centred around the name “The Elwood 5”, a simple yet powerful identity that communicated exclusivity, scarcity and location.
Rather than focusing solely on floorplans and specifications, the marketing strategy elevated the development into a premium lifestyle offering, reinforcing the idea that ownership represented entry into a highly limited collection of residences.
The visual identity was designed to reflect contemporary architecture, refined living and the unique character of the Elwood precinct.
